1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Authntiq (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
Authntiq provides estimated authenticity scores for social media creators based on publicly available data. Scores are analytical estimates, not statements of fact about any individual, and should be used as one input among many in your own decision-making.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
4. Plans, quotas, and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor, Flutterwave. Each plan includes a monthly query quota that resets at the start of each calendar month. Plans renew automatically until cancelled, and you may cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to circumvent quotas, reselling access without authorization, scraping the Service, or using results to harass any individual. API keys are personal to your account and must be kept confidential.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Authenticity scores are probabilistic estimates and may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of any result.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Authntiq is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
